Check-in is at 4 PM in NY. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than 4 PM, please leave your luggage at the bell check/luggage assistance and roam through Times Square. At check-in, The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The hotel will accept credit cards only in the guest's name. Tour Director
In New York, the Tour Director will meet the group at 7:00 PM on Day 1 (Thursday) and remain with the group until the end of the tour.
In San Francisco, the Tour Director will meet the group again at 6:30 PM in the hotel lobby, as per the itinerary.
Tour Transportation
The tour will be conducted using a 55-seater, 30-seater, 15-seater, or van, depending on the number of people signed up.
